基于模糊PID控制的矿井提升机智能系统研究

摘    要:为进一步提高矿井提升机电气系统的协调控制,满足我国现代化煤炭、冶金等工矿企业实际生产需要,采用PLC作为主控制器,将模糊控制算法引入到提升机系统中,形成了模糊自整定的PID控制策略,并以组态王作为软件开发工具,实现整个矿井提升系统实时监控。该系统经仿真结果表明,控制精度高,操作简单,性能可靠,对实现工业自动化,提高生产率等起到积极作用。

Abstract:In order to improve coordinate control of electrical system for mine hoist,meeting the production need of modern coal,metallurgy enterprises etc.,the PLC is adopted as the main controller.The fuzzy control algorithm will be introduced to the mine hoist system,forming a fuzzy self-tuning PID control strategy.And the entire coal mine hoist system is being monitored timely takes configuration as software tool.The simulation test shows that the control precision of system is high,simple operation and reliable performance,which plays an important role on industrial automation and high production efficiency.
