摘    要:为进一步提高煤矿掘进机的电控系统性能,采用PLVC可编程控制器,不仅可以实现PLC与放大器的功能,减少了控制设备的复杂程度,使系统便于维护,故障率降低,而且系统出现故障时,PLVC可以及时发出报警信息,实现过载、缺相保护、故障自诊断等,保证掘进机的可靠运行。该系统经实际运行,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:In order to improve the performance of electrical control system for roadheader,the PLVC programmable logic controller is adopted.It not only can realize PLC with amplifier's function,reduce complexity of control equipment,to make the system easy maintenance,low error rate,but also can timely alarm when system failure happens,which realize overload protection,missing phase protection,fault self-diagnosis.So the roadheader can operate reliable.This system gains good effect by practical operation.
