铁基复合材料新型跳汰床石应用研究

摘    要:广西华锡集团股份有限公司车河选矿厂针对跳汰机所用传统天然硫化矿床石存在的密度偏小、粒度不均匀、形状极不规则、易磨损等不足,研制出一种铁基复合材料新型跳汰床石,并在实验室应用试验基础上进行了工业性应用试验。工业试验结果显示,与采用天然硫化矿床石相比,采用新型跳汰床石可使抛废率提高19.04个百分点,精矿锡、铅、锌品位分别提高0.34、0.09、0.96个百分点,锡、铅、锌损失率分别降低5.74、7.13、6.05个百分点,锡富集比提高0.83,从而充分证明了新型跳汰床石的性能优势。

Abstract:In view of the shortcomings of low density,unequal particle,irregular sharp,and easy-to-wear of the traditional natural sulfide ore jig bed in dressing plant of China Tin Group Co.,Ltd.,a new type of jig bed made of iron base composite material was developed,and the related industrial application tests were conducted based on the laboratory tests. The industrial application tests indicated that compared with the natural sulfide ore jig bed,the new type of jig beds increased the wastes removal rate by 19.04%,increased the grades of tin,lead and zinc by 0.34%,0.09% and 0.96% respectively,decreased the loss rate of tin,lead and zinc by 5.74%,7.13% and 6.05% and increased the tin concentration ratio by 0.83%. All these fully prove the advantages of the new jig bed in performance.
