摘    要:进入特高含水期的油田用油气储罐的各部位腐蚀受损严重,为此研制出了一种更安全简便的油气储罐修复技术——玻璃钢复合材料技术;采用该项技术无需停产、动火,利用现有罐体各部位作为模板,制作一个非金属的罐体部位,将其与原有的金属罐体部位粘结在一起,以达到修复的作用;修复后的罐体不仅施工周期短,而且具有质量轻、强度高、使用寿命长、保温性能好的特点,具有较好的应用前景和社会效益。

Abstract:After exploitation for more than 40 years, Shengli Oilfield has entered into a production stage with super high water content. The oil storage tanks are getting severely corrupted. Therefore, a safer and more effective technology of repairing is devel- oped - FRP composites technology. When the repairing is needed, the part of the tank to be repaired is taken as a template, with it a fiberglass part is fabricated and conglutinated to the template as a whole body, so the repairing work finishes without a cease of production and a welding process. The repairing procedure takes a shorter period. The repaired tank body has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, long life and good heat preservation performance. This technology has good application prospect and social benefits.
