基于闭合的疲劳裂纹全寿命估算模型

摘    要:在工程实际中,以往对元件和构件的疲劳全寿命计算,往往是将整个疲劳寿命分成裂纹形成寿命和裂纹扩展寿命2个阶段来考虑的,由于在选择初始裂纹长度这一问题上的不一致,因此得到的有很大的差别。本建立了一种简要易行的疲劳裂纹全寿命估算模型,这对解决工程实际问题具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract:In engineering ,the fatigue life of engineering structure is very important.Before,the calculation of fatigue life was often divided into two pods, one is crack initiationlife, another is crack propagation life. But the results were much different because theselected crack length a0 was different. So it wasn't well solution for the fatigue lifecalculation of engineering structure. This paper presents a fatigue life calculation model,it provides solutions to some engineering problems.
