摘    要:本文提出了Al TiO2 系XD合成Al3Ti Al2 O3/Al自生复合材料的微观反应模型 ,分析了不同的Al/TiO2 摩尔比对燃烧过程的影响。原位生成的Al2 O3呈等轴颗粒状 ,尺寸达亚微米级 ;Al3Ti的生成受扩散控制 ,呈棒状 ;随着Al/TiO2 摩尔比的增加 ,燃烧温度降低 ,燃烧时间和体密度增加。

Abstract:Micro reactive model and reacted mechanism of Al TiO 2 system synthesized by XD method were reported.The influence of Al/TiO 2 mole ratio on combustion was also been discussed.The Al 2O 3 particles which were In situ grown were of equiaxed shape and submicron size.The Al 3Ti was formed by diffuse mechanism and of blocky morphology.The various Al/TiO 2 mole ratios had effect on reaction proceeding.The combustion temperature would be decreased but combusted time and bulk shrinkage would be increased with growth of Al/TiO 2 mole ratio.
