食品专业英语教学方法浅析

摘    要:分析了目前食品专业英语教学过程中的教学材料、教学内容和方法,为提高教学效果,从教学内容选择、课堂教学方法改进、实践教学加强、课程考核方法优化等方面进行了思考和探索,并结合实际教学过程进行了实践。基于培养高级应用型人才的食品专业英语课程改革可为提高专业英语教学质量,培养高素质的食品专业人才提供参考。

Abstract:The teaching material,main content and teaching method of Food Professional English teaching were discussed.The selection of courses contents,improving methods in class,enhancing of practical teaching and optimization of testing method were analyzed and practiced for the improvement of teaching.The discussion and practice based on senior applied talents education would be the references for the professional English teaching.
