摘    要:冲蚀是材料的一种表面磨损失效形式,会给流体机械造成严重的损害,通过选材和热处理不能取得明显的防护效果。不过采用表面强化的手段,有希望提高钢铁材料的耐冲蚀性。本研究设计了一系列覆层配料和熔敷工艺,并对其进行了冲蚀试验,得出了有益的结论

Abstract:The erosion is a form of wear failure on the surface of materials.The remarkable effect erosion proof cannot be obtained through selection or heat treatment of whole materials.However,by means of surface strengthening,the improvement of antierosion of steels is promising.In the study a series of cladding are made,their erosion tests are carried out ,and the beneficial conclusions are got .
