电力系统数模混合仿真技术及仿真中心建设

摘    要:从仿真规模、仿真技术的发展、功能作用、业绩回顾和远景规划等多方面对中国电力科学研究院电力系统数模混合仿真中心进行了详细介绍。中国电力科学研究院电力系统数模混合仿真中心是国家重点实验室,也是国家工程实验室。它是目前亚洲同类实验室中规模最大、功能最全、技术最先进的实验室。数模混合仿真中心的功能包括对大型交直流互联电力系统规划方案的试验研究工作,对电力系统控制保护装置的试验研究工作,通过仿真模拟研究离线计算难以实现或难以观察到的现象以及纠正某些离线计算中不真实的结果,真实地模拟交直流系统的动态行为和研究电力系统新技术等等。文中通过列举近年来数模混合仿真中心完成的重大科技项目,说明仿真中心在我国电力系统的技术进步、规划设计、工程建设和调试运行中起到不可替代的作用。另外,该文简单介绍了仿真中心今后的发展规划和预期目标。

Abstract:This paper introduced the power system digital-analogue hybrid simulation center from the points of simulation scale,technical development,function,achievements and anticipative objects.The power system digital-analogue hybrid simulation center of China Electric Power Research Institute is a national key laboratory and national engineering laboratory.Compared with other congener laboratory in Asia,it is the most large,advanced and multifunctional one.The functions of the laboratory include testing study on the programming scheme of large power system with ac and dc transmission line,testing study on the control and protection equipments in power system,researching on some problems that can not be simulated by off-line softwares,correcting the error research results got by off-line simulation softwares,testing study on the dynamic characteristic of AC and DC power system factually,and studying on some advanced tecnology that will be used in the furture power system.The indispensable contribution of the laboratory for technology advancement,programming and design,engineering constructing,commissioning test and system operation of national power system was demonstrated by enumerating the key technological projects accomplished by the laboratory in recent years.The development programming and the anticipative objects was described.
