摘    要:由于循环流化床锅炉燃烧控制系统中存在的分布参数.非线性强.时变性强.多变量紧密耦合的问题,给锅炉燃烧系统尤其是给床温系统实现自动控制带来较大困难。本文根据保定热电厂450t/h循环流化床锅炉实际运行情况对其床温控制系统实施改造.提出了一种新的方案.使床温得到有效地控制。

Abstract:The distribution parameters in combustion control system of circulating fluidized bed boiler have some problems, such as strong nonlinearity, strong hourly variation, and multi-variable tightly coupling, and brings bigger problems to boiler combustion system, especially the achievement of automation of bed temperature subsystem. This thesis suggests renovation to bed temperature control system according to the actual operation conditions of hand control bed temperature of 450t circulating fluidized bed boiler of Baoding Thermal Power Plant, and then puts forward a new scheme which effectively achieves the bed temperature system automation.
