微机控制气体渗氮的生产应用

摘    要:介绍了微机可控渗氮的基本原理,进行了气体渗氮的传统工艺与微机气体渗氮工艺的对比试验。结果表明,微机气体渗氮工艺越性明显,既可改善渗氮层组织和性能,又能保持高的渗氮速度,并且质量稳定。

Abstract:The basic principle of microcomputer controlled nitriding and its contrast tests with traditional process are introduced briefly.The results show that the superiority of microcomputer controlled gas nitryding process is obvious.Not only are microstructures and properties of nitriding layer improved,but also nitriding rate keeps high and guality stable.
