实验教学引入弹性时间的探讨

摘    要:引入弹性时间是解决实验课时偏紧的重要途径。所谓弹性时间,是将实验时间分为核心时间和自选时间两部分,实验室不受8小时和双休日的限制,实行全天候开放。实行这一制度可以缓解实验课时偏紧的矛盾,提高仪器设备利用率,使每个学生都有动手操作的机会,提高人才培养质量。但需要一定的支撑条件。

Abstract:Application of flexible time in the lab teaching is an effiicient way to solve the problem of insufficient teaching hours. the flexible time means division of lab teaching into key hours and selfselccted hours. The lab shall be open to the students all day longwithout restriction of 8-hour-work day and two-day weekend, In this way, the problem of insufficiency can be solved and the lab equipment can be made good use of . Furthermore, the students will have more opportunities to practise and become more competent, but it needs some supporting conditions.
