汉江中下游水资源承载能力评价

摘    要:从水资源承载力的角度,对南水北调中线工程实施以后汉江中下游现状及2010年的水资源承载力情况进行了评价.介绍了进行水资源承载力计算的技术思路,提出了水资源承载对象的划分,在对每一承载对象承载力计算的基础上,采用综合指数法计算特定条件下的总承载力,根据不同规划期、不同规划方案,采用多分量水资源承载力指数法对水资源承载力进行综合评价.并且根据设计的计算思路对南水北调工程实施后汉江的水资源承载力状况进行了评价,计算结果表明,南水北调中线工程实施以后截至2010年水资源量是比较充裕的.

Abstract:From the view-point of water resource supporting capacity and aiming at the present status and 2010-year level after the South-to-North Water Transfer Project being completed, an appraisal on water resource supporting capacity for middle-lower reaches of Hanjiang River is performed. The calculation methods and classification of water use objects are introduced. Based on calculation for individual objects and applying integrated exponential method, the entire water resource supporting capacity under certain condition can be calculated, and then, according to different planning periods and different planning schemes, a comprehensive evaluation on water resource supporting capacity for the middle-lower reaches of Hanjiang River is done by using multicomponent exponent method. The computed results show that, after the South-to-North Water Transfer Project being completed, the water resource of Hanjiang River is abundant.
