| 摘 要： | 对433个稻谷样品的品质指标进行统计分析，研究稻谷品质指标的相关性，结果表明现行稻谷质量标准是科学的。同时，就稻谷质量指标的一些问题进行了讨论，并提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | A statistic analysis was conducted using the quality index data of 433 samples of long-grain nonglutinous rice, The correlations of these quality indexes were studied. The results indicate that the present paddy quality standard is scientific and reasonable. Some considerations about the quality indexes of paddy are discussed and some concrete suggestions are brought forward. |
