电潜泵潜油电动机转子转动性能的分析计算

摘    要:为了解决现有电潜泵潜油电动机转子及其止推轴承在设计和制造中的问题 ,通过对电潜泵潜油电动机转子的结构和理想状况转动方程的简化 ,从理论上分析了电动机转子浸在变压器油中转动时的转动性能 ,给出了端部止推轴承摩擦阻力矩、介质粘滞阻力矩及其摩擦功耗和理想状况下有、无介质阻尼时转子自由滑行时间的计算方法 ,为潜油电动机的设计、制造及应用提供了一定的理论依据和技术支持。

Abstract:To solve the problem with the design and manufacturing of the rotor and thrust bearing of the submersible electromotor on the existing electric submersible pump(ESP), by simplifying the structure fo the electromotor's rotor and its rotating equation at ideal status, the rotating performance of the rotor flooded in transformer oil is analyzed. The methods for computing the moment of friction, the moment of adhesion of the axial thrust bearing and the free sliding time of the rotor at ideal running status are presented. The results of the article may offer theoretical basis and technical support for design, manufacturing and application of electric submersible pumps.
