SIRO纺纱的机理及其产品开发

分析了赛络纺（SIRO）成纱原理，比较了赛络纱、单纱、 股线在结构和性能方面的异同。指出赛络纺两股须条上产生少量捻度是由于其上有扭矩存在，形成了纱条类似股线的结构。赛络纺成纱毛羽较少，耐磨性能较好，生产流程短，具有较高的效益。还简要介绍了向种棉型赛络纱的产品，认为赛络纱用于细号轻薄织物更有利于发挥其特有的作用。

The Spinning Principle and the Product Development of SIRO Spinning

The principle of SIRO spinning was analysed,the similarities and the differences of the structure and the performance among SIRO yarn,single yarn and ply yarn.Due to the twisting force moment that existing in two fibre strands of SIRO spinning.So small amount of twist was produced that the structure of strands likes ply yarn was formed.The SIRO yarn has a few hairness,good abrasion resistance,short production processing and can obtain a good economic benefit.Some products of cotton type SIRO yarn were introduced too,the SIRO yarn could make its special effect in fine count light fabric.
