| 摘 要： | 以钙锌复合稳定剂(Ca-Zn)为稳定剂,对聚偏氯乙烯(PVDC)热稳定体系进行研究,采用刚果红法和热失重法测试了Ca-Zn含量对PVDC热分解脱氯化氢变色温度、变色时间以及热失重的影响。结果表明:纯PVDC受热后易分解,含4质量份Ca-Zn的PVDC,其刚果红试纸初始变色温度和完全变色温度与纯PVDC相比分别提高了18℃和24℃,试纸初始变色时间和完全变色时间分别延长了199s和804s,恒温热失重质量损失率降低了36.2%,等速升温热失重初始分解温度和最大速率峰对应温度分别提高了58.5℃和60℃,热分解温度和热稳定性大幅度提高。

| Abstract: | Taking calcium and zinc compound stabilizer (Ca-Zn) as heat stabilizer, the thermal stability systems of polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) were studied. The influences of the Ca-Zn on the change color temperature and time of Congo red as well as the heat degradation of PVDC were investigated by Congo red method and thermogravimetry analysis(TGA).
