| 摘 要： | 根据全寿命周期管理理论,结合水利工程设计和建设管理实际,论述在综合利用水利工程资产效益发挥中引入全寿命周期管理的必要性,从功能、造价和建管水平三要素,系统分析了全寿命周期管理与综合利用水利工程资产效益发挥的关系,提出了更好发挥水利工程资产效益的措施和建议。

| Abstract: | The necessity of introducing life cycle cost into multi-purpose water project for assets benefit expression is discussed based on its theory and actual needs of design and management of water conservancy project.The relationship between life cycle cost and assets benefit is analyzed systematically in the aspects of three key factors for function,cost and management level.Measures and recommendations are given for maximizing benefit of project investment. |
