| 摘 要： | 海河流域水资源综合规划是全国水资源综合规划的重要组成部分.规划工作于2002年启动,到2009年年底结束,历时8年,完成了水资源调查评价、水资源规划编制和行政协调3个阶段的工作以及1项专项规划和3项专题研究.海河流域水资源综合规划提出的南水北调工程实施条件下的流域水资源配置方案和水资源可持续利用对策,将指导海河流域今后20年的水利管理与建设,为实行最严格的水资源管理、支持海河流域经济社会可持续发展发挥重大作用.
