德安县小型农田水利重点县建设实践与经验

江西省德安县2010年被列为第二批全国小农水重点县建设后，县水务局建立了小农水重点县建设工作机构、责任分工、实施方案、考核办法、优惠政策等管理制度，工作中突出四项重点，抓好五个相结合。小农水重点县建设稳步推进。

Practice and experiences of De'an County as key for small on-farm waterworks construction

After De＇an County in Jiangxi Province became one of the major counties for the second small on-farm waterworks construction in the 2010 national plan, water affairs bureau of the country has formulated a management system, division of responsibilities, implementation plans, performance evaluation methods and preferential policies. Four key points are highlighted and five integrations are implemented to ensure the effective implementation of the project.
