南水北调中线工程风险管理研究

从工程风险管理的角度,对南水北调中线工程（陶岔至黄河南段工程）风险监控点进行了分析。同时从风险管理组织机构设置的角度,建议风险管理机构聘请专业的组织或单位对风险进行管理和控制,建立工程风险现场服务部,为风险管理者提供了一种风险管理机构设置模式和程序,提高风险管理质量。
