| 摘 要： | 研究电沉积法修复钢筋混凝土裂缝的新方法,阐述了其修复原理、修复关键技术以及修复效果的评价方法与评价指标。解决所提出的关键技术,如电化学沉积装置设计与工艺参数优化、电化学反应特征及控制、混凝土裂缝愈合过程与愈合机理等,建立钢筋混凝土裂缝愈合效果的有效评价方法,并以Mg(NO3)2为电解质进行了电沉积法修复钢筋混凝土裂缝的试验研究。试验结果表明,裂缝愈合机理在于电解反应的产物在裂缝中诱导成核,生成不溶性晶体。电沉积法修复钢筋混凝土裂缝在试验和工程实际中均是可行的。

| Abstract: | A new electrodeposition method for crack repair of reinforced concrete was studied.The repair principle,the key techniques,and the method and indexes for repair effect evaluation were discussed,and the key techniques include the setup design and technical parameter optimization for the electrodeposition method,the characteristics of electrochemical reaction and its control,the process and mechanism of concrete crack healing,etc.Then,an effective evaluation method for repair effect of concrete cracks was proposed,and an experimental study was performed on crack repair by use of the electrodeposition method with Mg(NO3)2 taken as the electrolyte.The result shows that the mechanism of crack healing lies in the fact that the products from the electrolytic reaction are nucleant and further form insoluble crystals in cracks.Therefore,the electrodeposition method is feasible for crack repair in reinforced concrete in experiments and practical projects. |
