热喷涂技术在农机工程材料延寿中的应用现状

摘    要:采用热喷涂工艺可以在农机关键零件表面制备耐磨、耐腐蚀涂层,也可以在磨损、磨蚀零件表面制备尺寸恢复涂层对失效零件进行再制造,成为农机工程材料延寿的技术途径之一.本文综述了热喷涂技术在农机工程材料延寿中的应用现状,最后针对我国农机行业应用中存在的问题及不足,提出了希望与建议.

Abstract:Thermal spray technology is an effective method to prolong agricultural machinery materials' service lifetime. Firstly, it can fabricate wear or corrosion resistance coatings on the surface of key parts to protect their metal substrates from the severe environment. Besides, it can repair those worn parts by preparing size recovery coatings on their surface. This paper presented the status of thermal spray technology in above applications. In the end, some suggestions were made to promote the application in the agricultural machinery industry of China.
