钛涂层的显微结构和电化学腐蚀性能研究

摘    要:采用常规的超音速火焰喷涂和改进的低温超音速火焰喷涂工艺制备钛涂层,对涂层的显微组织、相组成、氧含量以及耐腐蚀性能进行研究.实验结果表明:常规的超音速火焰喷涂制备的钛涂层中有较多的TiO相,涂层内部有显微裂纹产生;而低温超音速火焰喷涂制备的钛涂层,组织均匀致密,没有显微裂纹和氧化物.与常规超音速火焰喷涂钛涂层相比,低温超音速火焰喷涂制备的钛涂层氧含量较低,耐腐蚀性能较好.

Abstract:Ti coatings were prepared by conventional HVOF and low temperature HVOF (LT-HVOF) process, the microstructure, phase composition, oxygen content and corrosion resistance of the coatings were studied in this paper. The results show that TiO oxides and microscopic cracks are observed in HVOF Ti coating; while LT- HVOF Ti coating exhibits uniform and dense microstructure, and microscopic cracks and oxide are not found in it. Compared with conventional HVOF Ti coating, LT-HVOF Ti coating owns much lower oxygen content and is more resistant to corrosion.
