| 摘 要： | 钼锌顺序优先浮选是回收马坑铁矿磁选尾矿中所含钼、锌硫化物的合适工艺流程。对含钼0.034%、锌0.17%的磁选尾矿,小型闭路试验获得钼品位51.04%、钼回收率74.20%的钼精矿和锌品位49.68%、锌回收率61.80%的锌精矿。已建成投产的处理量为1400t/d的钼浮选回路取得了钼精矿品位49.46%、钼回收率75.10%的工业生产指标。

| Abstract: | The flowsheet of sequential selective-flotation is suitable for the recovery of molybdenum and zinc sulfides from the tailings of magnetic separations treating Makeng iron ore. Laboratory locked-circle test on the tailings containing 0.034% molybdenum and 0,17% zinc yielded a molybdenum concentrate containing 51.04% molybdenum with the molybdenum recovery of 74.20% and a zinc concentrate containing 49.68% zinc with the zinc recovery of 61.80%. The industrial molybdenite flotation-circuit commissioned recently treating 1400 t/d tailings of magnetic separation produced a molybdenum concentrate graded at 49.46% molybdenum with the molybdenum recovery of 75.10%. |
