摘    要:在大量室内试验及理论分析的基础上,通过正交试验方法确定了二灰砂浆的最佳材料组成比例,推荐了二灰稳定碎石混合料中粗集料的最佳级配,提出了适用于骨架密实结构二灰稳定碎石材料的粗、细集料比例确定的计算方法.采用该法设计了石灰、粉煤灰、石料比例为5:12:83的骨架密实结构二灰稳定碎石,并在室内对材料配比相同的悬浮密实结构二灰稳定碎石进行了力学性质的对比试验,试验结果表明骨架结构二灰稳定碎石的抗压强度、抗压模量大于相应的悬浮密实结构二灰稳定碎石,劈裂、抗折强度和抗折回弹模量相近.

Abstract:A method,which is based on computation and experiment, was proposed in this paper,used in "Skeleton-closed" lime-fly ash stabilized aggregates mixture's composing design. Firstly, the best composition of the lime-fly ash mortar was presented on the orthogonal study, based on many experiments and theoretical analysis. Secondly, the paper recommended the gradation of coarse aggregates. At last,the suited ratio of coarse aggregates to ash-fly mortar was confirmed through ingredient proportion calculation method and formula parameters testing method. On the basis of researchabove,the lime-fly ash stabilized aggregate which contain 5%lime,12%fly ash and 83%aggregate was designed,then the samples were made to compare its mechanical performance and shrinkage coefficient to "suspending-closed" lime-fly ash stabilized aggregates with the same content of lime,fly ash and aggregate through lab experiments. Results showed that the unconfined compressive strength. compressive resilience modulus of "Skeleton-closed" lime-fly ash stabilized aggregate are better than the corresponding performance of "suspend-closed" one,its splitting strength,bending strength and bending resilience modulus are less than those corresponding performances of "suspending-closed" one's,While The cleavage strength,the anti-booklet intensity and the anti-booklet snapping back module are close.
