滚动轴承的振动监测与故障诊断系统研究

论述了滚动轴承的振动监测与故障诊断的原理，方法和系统。为了简单 判别轴承有无故障，采用了振动监测系统对滚动轴承进行巡回在线监测，发现故障后发出声光警告，然后则自动转入诊断模块，用共振解调法进一步判断故障发生部位及其趋势等。

Vibration Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis System of Roll Bearings

This paper is mainly about the fundamental theory and method of roll bearing vibration monitoring and fault diagnosing technology. This system makes the circuit of vibration monitoring and automatic warning for judging the faults simply. When the system finds the faults, it will emit sound and give off phonic warning, and then change direction to the diagnosing program. Further, we can find out its position and trend by using resonate demodulation method.
