基于灰色关联理论的故障树分析及程序实现

摘    要:运用灰色关联分析理论,依据故障树分析中底事件的重要度,通过关联度计算以及对计算结果进行排列,对故障模式发生的可能性大小做出判断,从而达到在最短时间内排除故障之目的.利用MATLAB编程实现了该算法的简化,并在某型叉车液压系统故障诊断中得到应用,取得了令人满意的结果.

Abstract:In this study,the grey correlation analysis theory is employed.According to the importance of low-level events in a fault tree,the probability of fault modes is obtained via the correlation calculation and result sorting.As such,the faults can be removed soonest possible.The algorithmic simplification is completed based on MATLABTM programming.By applying for a specific forklift hydraulic system,this approach has been proven satisfactory.
