| 摘 要： | 国有企业的公司治理是当前经济理论界的一个重要研究领域。本文分析了芬兰、印度、新加坡、澳大利亚等国国有企业公司治理状况,提出了借鉴国际公司治理的成功经验,探索符合中国国情的国有企业公司治理的有效途径的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Corporate governance of state-owned enterprises has been a key issue in the theoretical research of economics. In this paper, the situation of corporate governance of state-owned enterprises in Finland, India, Singapore and Australia has been analyzed, and a propose for new theoretical thinking and new practices of China＇s reform of state-owned enterprises in term of corporate governance was made out. |
