炮孔复合装药结构对混凝土作用的数值模拟

摘    要:利用LS DYNA60 0应用软件 ,对炮孔复合装药爆炸后在混凝土中形成的应力波进行了计算。结果表明 ,位于该装药爆轰波传播主方向上混凝土中的应力波明显大于其反方向上的应力波 ,由此验证了该装药结构的性能。利用这种装药结构 ,能够达到降低爆破地震、提高光面爆破效果等目的。

Abstract:The stress wave,which is caused by the explosion of the compound charge in a concrete block,is numerically simulated on the basis of LS—DYNA600 The simulation result demonstrates that the stress wave along main propagating direction of detonation wave is larger than the one of opposite direction in the concrete block Thus,the function of compound charge in a blasthole is verified Using this compound charge,such objects as reduction of blasting vibration and improvement of smooth blasting effect can be realized
