通用数据采集系统的设计

摘    要:本文给出了一种以控制单元为控制核心,以CPLD和A/D转换电路为执行单元的通用数据采集系统的设计方案。该系统能够分别对多路数字信号和模拟信号进行分时采集,并可对采集到的信号进行实时处理或保存,也可通过串行口将其送至PC机,进行后续分析处理。文章以P89C51单片机、EMP7128和AD574为例,详细阐述了系统硬件和软件设计原理,并对实际应用中可能出现的问题提出解决方案。本文立足于原理,对于不同应用场合可依据实际情况对其做相应调整,故具有较强的通用性。

Abstract:A new method is introduced to design a system aiming at various types of signals acquisition based on MCU,CPLD and A/D converter.The system can not only acquire,process and save the value of digital signals and analog signals,but also communicate with PC by using RS232 port for further processing.An instance with P89C51,EMP7128 and AD574 is given to detail the principle of the design in both software and hardware,and also some problems in debug are solved.The paper proceeded with the general principle of data acquisition,so the system can be applied in common use.
