| 摘 要： | 电子党务是新时期加强高校党建的全新载体。目前高校开展电子党务的过程中还存在着不少问题，为了充分发挥电子党务对于党建工作的积极作用，需要构建现代化的平台，积极探索电子党务的新形势，加强网络安全保障工作。
