| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了西门子MM440变频器在砂轮成型热压机上的应用,重点介绍了MM440变频器通过PROFIBUS—DP总线与西门子S7—300PLC通讯实现砂轮成型热压机运行速度精确控制的方法.并给出了通讯系统的硬件组态、软件设计方法及流程和控制流程图。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the application of the Siemens MM440 Inverter on the Hot- Press for Grinding wheel making, Focusing on the MM440 Inverter communication with the Siemens S7-300PLC by PROFIBUS-DP Bus to achieve a speed precise control method of the Hot-Press for Grinding wheel making, and gives the communications system＇s hardware configuration, the software design methods and Processes, and control flow. |
