| 摘 要： | 叙述了 Barmag公司 SW4 S、SW4 6S型卷绕头存在成形不良的各种现象 ,着重对接触压力、工艺、电气、设备及操作等造成成形不良的主要因素进行了分析 ,并提出了对应的解决办法 ,为避免涤纶长丝前纺的降等提供了参考。

| Abstract: | In this article,some kinds of cob webbing occurring on winding head made by Barmag company is introduced,some main factors cousing cob webbing such as contact pressure,producing process,electrical control,equipment and operating are discussed in dedail.At sametime corresponding measures are put forward which can avoid quality decline of polyester filament during fore spinning. |
