摘    要:采用反相高效液相色谱系统,建立了分析废水中硝基苯含量的方法.方法采用Spherisorb C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm5μm),甲醇-水-醋酸(70:29:1)为流动相,流速0.9 mL·min-1,262 nm为检测波长.结果表明,该方法准确、快速,回收率97.0%~101.4%,相对标准偏差小于2.5%,线性范围在0.4~100μg·mL-1.用上述方法分析实际水样结果令人满意.

Abstract:A rapid and exact method was developed for the determination of nitrobenzene in waste water with reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography ( RE-HPLC) . RE-HPLC system consists of Spherisorb C18 column (250 mm×4. 6 mm 5um), methanol-water-acetic acid (70 : 29 : 1 ) mixture as mobile phase with detection at 262 nm and flow rate 0.9 mL. min-1.The recovery of nitrobenzene is 97.0% - 101 .4% ,and the relative standard is less than 2.5% .The linear range of the method is 0.4 ~ 100 ug.mL-1.The results for the analysis of samples are satisfactory.
