摘    要:根据川渝地区天然气发展的战略目标,通过分析川渝天然气管网复杂、多变的特性,提出了一系列的科研规划与设计方案,以达到改进现有的输送模式,向外发展天然气管线,提高管网输送、调配能力的目的。具体做法是:通过智能检测,实施优化运行管理,提高部分管线的输送能力;采用储气库等调峰手段,提高管网调配能力;提高自动化水平,实现输配气站场的全面自动化;加强管道防护工作,提高管道的综合防护能力;提高贸易计量的整体水平,确保天然气计量准确度;不断向外扩展并与“西气东输”管网连接,实现川气出川等。

Abstract:According to the strategic target of gas development in Sichuan and Chongqing areas, based on the characteristics of complication and multiple variation of gas pipe network in Sichuan and Chongqing areas, a series of plans and programs for science study are proposed to improve the existing transmission mode, expand the pipe network to the outside, and increase the transmission/distribution ability of the network. The concrete methods are: with intelligent test, the optimized operating management will be fulfilled to improve the transmission ability of some pipelines; The peak shaving measures with gas storages will be applied to improve the distribution ability of the network; The automation level will be improved to realize the automation of gas transmission/distribution stations thoroughly. The pipeline protection will be strengthened to improve the integrated prevention ability; The general level of trade measurement will be improved to guarantee the gas measuring accuracy. The continuous expansion of the network to the outside will be done to connect the West-east gas transmission pipeline and let the Sichuan gas go to the outside.
