摘    要:生物免疫系统的主要功能是检测和杀伤来自生物体内外称为抗原的非己物质,受免疫系统自己-非己识别过程的启发提出的反面选择算法能检测任何异常变化。结合故障诊断应用领域对反面选择算法进行了改进,提出了对往复泵泵阀进行在线故障诊断的新方法。通过诊断实例表明,该方法是可行的,能对往复泵泵阀故障进行准确的在线诊断,对其它设备的在线故障诊断也同样适用。

Abstract:The main task of an immune system is to detect and eliminate the non-self materials called antigens such as virus and cancer cells which come from inside and outside of the living system.A negative-selection algorithm proposed is able to detect any change,which is inspired by the negative-selection mechanism of an immune system. In this paper, the algorithm is improved to make it suitable for the fault diagnosis of a mechanical equipment. Moreover, based on the improved algorithm a new method of fault diagnosis of reciprocating pumps is proposed and its feasibility is proved by on-line fault diagnosis of reciprocating pumps successfully. In addition, the method of the novel fault diagnosis can also be applied to other fields.
