环流反应器的发展和应用

摘    要:对环流反应器的流体力学规律、结构和操作特性以及工程应用进行了综述,讨论了环流反应器结构对流体循 环液速和气含率的影响规律,分析了环流反应器在应用中存在的问题和解决的方法。对环流反应器在多相反应过程 中的应用前景进行了评述。

Abstract:The airlift loop reactor possesses significant advantages over the bubble reactor and agitating reactor in terms of effective mixing, high mass transfer rate, and low power consumption, etc. Application and development of airlift loop reactor were reviewed with the emphasis on hydraulic behavior, problems in industrial applications,and improvements of structure of reactor and draft tube. For industrial design of airlift loop reactor well understanding the reactor hydrodynamics, characteristics of reacting system, and reaction kinetics is important.
