双模定型硫化机节汽技术

摘    要:提出了一种适用于双模定型硫化机的节能硫化工艺方案,试验结果表明,在满足轮胎硫化要求的基础上,机内硫化时间缩短了9min,蒸汽加热时间减少23min,有效地提高了硫化机的利用率,大大减少了蒸汽的消耗量,用该离汽硫化工艺指导工业生产,能提高轮胎硫化程度的均匀性和硫化设备的利用,减少蒸汽消耗,降低了生产成本,提高生产效率,对工业生产具有一定的实际意义。

Abstract:Points out a solution of energy saving in curing processing for twin mold shaping curing press. The test results shown that curing time in press reduces 9min, and 23min reduced for steam heating time with the requirement of curing tire. With this steam saving curing process guiding industry production, it can increase the uniformity of tire curing and the usage of curing equipment, reduces the consumption of steam and production cost, higher production efficiency, it has certain practical significance for industrial production.
