| 摘 要： | 阐述了下列问题，（1）合理利用天然气资源，乙烷凝析油应分出供石化产品作原料。（2）石化和化工大企业，结合产品条件，延伸开发工程塑料与高强度新纤维。（3）企业要加强环境管理意识，长期自主研究开发绿色产品；主管部门应公布禁止进口有害有毒化学品名录，限制进口。

Big petrochemical and chemical factories onght to research and develop engineering plastics and Hi - tech textile fibers, if porsible. 3. All chemical factories should take care of environmental memagsmenl and carry out LRI (Long range health and enviranment Research Initiative) . Anthcrities must deliverthe import - forbidden in ventory. |
