屏式过热器三维管壁温度分布计算方法

摘    要:针对目前大型煤粉锅炉屏式过热器管壁温度计算不准确的问题,提出了屏式过热器三维管壁温度计算方法。该方法考虑烟气温度分布的不均、沿烟气流向和蒸汽流向的传热,计算出管组中管壁各点的温度,为管壁温度监测提供依据。

Abstract:At present, the method for calculating the tube wall temperature in a furnace chamber is not exact. So a new program for calculating the normal three-dimensional temperature of superheater is considered. The distributing uniformity of gas temperature and the heat-exchange of direction following gas and steam have been thought in the new program to calculate tube wall temperature. Furthermore the program has given basis in the inspection.
