滚珠丝杠磨削过程中热变形规律的研究

摘    要:通过建立滚珠丝杠磨削过程中其温度场及热变形的离散数学模型,分析研究了温度、冷却液及半径对热变形和补偿系统的影响,进而得出有益于提高螺距误差补偿系统实时性和准确性的结论.

Abstract:The influence of the temperature, cooling fluid and the leadscrew radius on the thermal deformation and the compensation system are discussed by means of a methrnatical model biult for the temperature distribution and the thermal deformation of the leadscrew in thread grinding. Conclusions clrawed from the study are significant to improve the precision of the leadscrew grinding.
