高矿化度矿井水处理与利用工程实例

摘    要:介绍了高悬浮物、高矿化度矿井水处理与利用工程的设计与运行。悬浮物去除采用混凝沉淀过滤工艺,除盐应用电吸附技术。高悬浮物矿井水处理工艺增加预沉淀环节,水力循环澄清池设计参数和结构作了调整和改进。处理后的矿井水根据不同用水地点的水质要求,分别进行了综合利用,电吸附除盐后可用于电厂循环冷却水。

Abstract:Introduce the design and operation of processing and utilization engineering of high suspended solids、high mineralized mine water.Remove suspended matter by adopting coagulation sedimentation filtration process,desalt by using electric absorb technology.Pre-precipitation link was added to high suspended solids mine water treatment process,designing parameters and structure of hydraulic circulating clarifier were adjusted and improved.Treated mine waters were comprehensive utilized respectively according to different sites’ water quality requirement,and mine water desalted by electric absorption can be used to circulating cooling system of power plants.
