摘    要:将聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维与羟胺试剂反应制备出改性PAN纤维。在20℃和动态条件下,对改性PAN纤维处理电镀废水进行了研究。结果表明,改性PAN纤维处理电镀废水效果很好:在20℃、废水体积流量3 mL/min、pH为4.0时,TOC和TN的去除率分别为70.6%和87.5%;对废水中Cu2+、Ni2+、Zn2+具有很好的吸附性能,其去除率分别为99.3%、98.9%、98.3%,吸附能力的大小为Cu2+>Ni2+>Zn2+。改性聚丙烯腈纤维再生利用率高,可重复利用。

Abstract:Modified polyacrylonitril fiber was prepared by the reaction of polyacrylonitril fiber(PAN) and hydroxylamine agent.Under the condition of dynamic state and 20 ℃,treatment of electroplating wastewater by modified polyacrylonitril fiber was studied.The results showed that the effect of modified polyacrylonitril fiber treating electroplating wastewater was very good.Under the conditions of 20 ℃,the flow speed of 3 mL/min and pH 4.0 of wastewater,the removal rates of TOC and TN in the wastewater were 70.6% and 87.5% respectively,the modified polyacrylonitril fiber had good adsorbability of Cu2+,Ni2+ and Zn2+ with the removal rates of 99.3%,98.9% and 98.3% respectively.The order of adsorption capacity to three kinds of metallic ions was Cu2+>Ni2+>Zn2+.The modified polyacrylonitril fiber were able to be regenerated effectively and able to be used repeatedly.
