| 摘 要： | 模拟高温下的实际工况并研究高温下热障涂层的失效机理对热障涂层的研究具有积极意义。在自主研制的热循环试验机中引进声发射技术,对涂层高温性能进行了研究和试验,初步对声发射信号特征与涂层寿命之间的关系进行了探索性研究,实现了对裂纹的实时、动态监测,而且能够得到与理论上疲劳裂纹扩展速率曲线相似的结果。通过大量数据分析,证明利用声发射技术研究热障涂层失效机理是可行的。
