摘    要:在对电缆终端的尺寸参数和材料特性进行优化时,若目标函数和约束条件不存在显示函数关系,需采用随机类优化算法进行多次有限元求解,从而产生优化过程迭代次数多、计算效率低的问题。文章使用响应表面法(RSM)先构建出较精确的响应表面模型,以显示的函数表达式描述出目标函数和约束条件与设计变量的关系,然后采用优化算法对含有非线性约束的优化问题进行求解。这样的优化过程大大减少了有限元计算次数,提高了计算效率。

Abstract:The object functions and restriction conditions have no explicit function expressions for the optimization of dimension and material parameters. If using random arithmetic directly, it requires large numbers of iteration and costs much time. Focused on the above problems, a method based on responsesurface methodology is applied in this paper. The response surface model of optimization problem is established; the explicit function expressions of object functions and restriction conditions with design parameters are described; the optimization problem with nonlinear restriction is solved using traditional optimization method. The optimization results of cable termination show that finite element solution requires few times to calculate, and then it saves much time.
