小波变换在转子动静碰摩故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:转子动静件碰摩时存在奇异性,而信号中的奇异点及不规则突变部分常带有比较重要的信息。利用小波变换具有空间局部化的性质,并通过一维小波变换工具对碰摩信号进行多尺度小波分解获取细节信号。从而对信号中的奇异点进行检测,明确地指出转子动静碰摩时奇异点的位置和奇异度的大小,为汽轮发电机组碰摩识别提供了有效的方法。

Abstract:The signal of rotor rub-impact has singular,while singular points and irregular parts of the signal often carry important information. This paper applies the space localization property of wavelet transform, and obtains the detailed feature of the rub-impact signals by multi-resolution wavelet decomposition based on one-dimensional wavelet transform tool. Thus this means can be used to inspect the singular points and point out the exact position and size of the singular. The application of wavelets offers an effective way to identify the rub-impact fault in the turbo-generator.
