摘    要:为了更好地利用固定串联补偿电容器改善网架薄弱、供电半径大以及长线路末端有重负荷配电网的电压偏差,研究了确定固定串联补偿电容器选址定容的多目标优化方法。以电压整体偏差、串联补偿容抗和有功网络损耗最小为目标建立配电网固定串联补偿多目标优化模型。基于灵敏度方法和固定串联电容器减小线路电压损耗的原理确定安装固定串联电容器候选线路和补偿容抗取值范围。运用带精英策略的快速非支配排序遗传算法求解建立的模型。算例验证了方法的可行性和有效性。结果表明串联电容器能够有效地提高电压质量和降低有功网络损耗。

Abstract:In order to utilizefixed series capacitor more reasonably to improve the voltage deviations of the distribution network with weak structure, big radius of power supply and heavy load in the end of long feeder, the multi-objective optimizationmethod is researched on determining the location and size of the fixed series capacitor. A multi-objective model used for optimizing fixed series compensation condensance in the distribution network is built. The objective functions of the model are consisting of the minimum of integral voltage deviation, condensance of series capacitor and active network loss. Based on sensitivity method and the principle reducing the line voltage loss by fixed series capacitor, the candidate line for fixed series capacitor installation and calculate ranges of series compensation condensance are determined. Fast and elitist non-dominated sorting generic algorithm is used to solve the optimization model. The simulation examples validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the method. The results show that the series capacitor of the distribution network can effectively improve voltage quality and reduce active network losses.
