| 摘 要： | 分析了油站加油计量舞弊的各种手段与途径，从计量技术监控监督的有效性方面，提出了“加油计量远程监控监督技术方法”，研究了相应方法的技术理论，构建了能有效解决各种加油舞弊现象又能公正执法的技术监控监督方案，设计了一种加油计量监控监督器及远程监控监督管理系统．

| Abstract: | In this paper,considerable varieties of refueling cheating ways are analyzed in detail so that a technical method of remote monitoring and supervising on refueling measurement is put forward.And relevant technical theory is studied,technical monitoring and supervising scheme is given and a controller and its information management system of remote monitoring and supervising refueling mea-surement are designed.By means of this controller and its information management system,the cheat of refueling measurement in gas stations can be controlled validly and justly. |
