焦炉结焦过程中焦饼中心温度的探究

摘    要:介绍了煤料在炭化室的结焦过程以及利用插管法测量焦饼中心温度的方法。对影响焦饼中心温度的因素进行了分析。提出通过调整配煤水分,采取适合焦炉结构的加热制度,可以适当缩短加热时间,减少能源消耗,提高焦炭质量。

Abstract:It is introduced the coking process of coal in carbonization chamber and the method to measure the central temperature of coke cake with pipe- inserting. The factors to affect the temperature are analyzed. It is proposed that with adjusting water in coal blending and adopting suitable heating system according to coke oven structure,the heating time can be shortened,energy consumption reduced,coke quality improved.
